We are seeking a Founding GTM Engineer to build the growth engine that orchestrates how Ankorstore acquire, retain, and grow its ecosystem with precision and speed. You will be architecting a network of AI agents and signal-based workflows that allow Ankorstore to grow with 10x the scale of traditional teams . Main Responsibilities: As a GTM Engineer, you will build GTM as an internal product. You will apply engineering and product thinking to acquisition, retention, and feature adoption by designing the data, systems, and AI workflows that power our growth. Own and scale the GTM tech stack (Clay, Modjo, internal tools). Architect AI agents and enrichment pipelines to identify and qualify prospects at scale.
