Job Description Summary: Role Purpose This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of QSE programs, ensuring operational compliance with food safety, quality, and environmental regulations. As a more junior dev elopment role, the Senior Manager focuses on the tactical implementation of QSE standards within specific segments of the cluster, providing technical support to the Senior Director and Director while developing the leadership capabilities required for higher-level functional management . What you will do for us Strategic QFS Leadership & Continuous Improvement Innovation Support: Assist in the preparation of Quality and Food Safety assessments for "1st time right" new product and package introductions. Project Coordination: Support the implementation of regional QFS projects, ensuring data collection and milestone tracking are maintained across the cluster. Continuous Improvement (CI): Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and support the "Zero Defect" mentality through local CI initiatives.
