At the iconic The St. Regis Rome, we are looking for F&B outlets reservation agent. Reporting to the Reservation Manager and dotted line to the EAM in charge of F&B, the role will be part of the St. Regis Rome team, proud to engage our guests and to create exquisite moments in our F&B outlets. TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES: - Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, handle dining reservations, and accurately enter guest information into the reservation system. - Send clear and professional email confirmations and follow-up emails to guests regarding reservations, special requests, and event details. - Maintain and manage the waitlist efficiently, providing accurate wait-time estimates. - Organize seating arrangements for large parties, VIP guests, and groups with special needs, ensuring optimal flow and guest comfort. - Greet guests warmly upon arrival, confirm reservation details, and determine party size in close collaboration with the Outlet Teams. - Escort guests through the dining rooms and provide assistance as needed, ensuring a welcoming and smooth dining experience. - Continuously monitor dining room activity to assess seating availability, service quality, and...
