Description Industrial Fabricator Lead Location: Lake in the Hills, IL Schedule: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm: Compensation: $20-$25/hour: AFC Materials Group is hiring for an Industrial Fabrication Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for industrial department operations. Assists workers in various processes converting material into finished products for conveyor belts or custom products for select industries. Leads the daily activities of the fabrication department for corresponding shift and gives direction to team. Ensures work is completed during the shift and communicates with other departments.
