Team Overview: The Corporate FP&A team is responsible for the consolidated results of Newmark across several different business lines and support functions, leading the reporting, budgeting and forecasting efforts across the finance organization. Responsible for working across the different teams and functions across the finance function to ensure accuracy of management reporting, ensuring support function and occupancy allocations are fairly and accurately applied to each business line, consolidated results are accurate, understanding both the bottom line, and the details driving the performance of the company. Job Description: This position will support Newmark’s Corporate FP&A team’s focus on Back Office reporting and business partnering through core financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and expense management activities.
