Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Position Type : Permanent Job Description Job Purpose: Under the direction of the Logistics Manager, this position will be responsible for scheduling appointments, creating BOL, booking and tracking of trucks Duties: Skills/Qualifications: - Track every outbound truck on the road - Manage customer portals including but not limited to Retail Link and iTrade. - Ability to keep up with logistics invoices on a daily basis - Provide support for sales and operations team as it pertains to commercial moving and logistics projects - Professionally communicate with vendors and customers via phone and internet - Schedule appointments for pickups in coordination with shipping and production teams utilizing customer portals - Schedule deliveries to ensure customer timelines are met and delivery expectations are fulfilled - Generate precise and accurate bills of lading - Track each load in transit and update the sales and coordination teams on the status of all shipments - Identify and escalate issues or potential problems with shipments, ensuring timely resolution - Ensure accurate data entry for all shipment tracking and appointment records daily - Work effect...
