What you’ll do: - Support the leadership and day-to-day operational management of the Faculty - Lead, support and motivate colleagues to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment - Drive improvements in learner recruitment, progress, achievement and destinations - Support curriculum planning and development to meet local and national needs - Monitor quality processes, learner performance and continuous improvement activity - Support staffing, CPD planning and performance management processes - Work collaboratively with curriculum and support teams to improve learner outcomes - Promote a positive, ambitious and learner-focused culture across the Faculty - Deputise for the Head of Faculty where required What we’re looking for: We are...
