Job Summary The Case Manager successfully processes insurance applications from initial receipt through placement. The Case Manager has a solid background within the insurance industry and is capable of handling a multitude of cases while maintaining a positive “can-do” approach to the position. The Case Manager is a highly visible role and directly impacts company revenue and requires a significant amount of relationship management responsibility.
