This position administers efficient and cost-effective programs that ensure all areas of the university are clean and maintained. The manager is responsible for timekeeping/payroll, recruitment, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and performance evaluations for their direct reports. This position also analyzes data and adjusts procedures to meet departmental goals and serves as a liaison between the department and university administration. This position is responsible for employee scheduling, assigning duties, inspecting work, investigating service complaints, and recommending corrective action.
