THE POSITION: Our roster has an opening with your name on it As a Software Engineering Director for our Sportsbook Core Apps Enablement group, you'll be at the forefront of empowering our delivery teams to provide exceptional customer experiences at speed. You'll manage and mentor multiple engineering teams responsible for building the foundational capabilities, tools, and services that enable our mobile and front-end applications to thrive. Your mission is to ensure our application platforms and backend-for-frontend (BFF) services have the right capabilities, infrastructure, and developer experience to support rapid, high-quality feature delivery. You'll work closely with engineers on a day-to-day basis, supporting them as they solve complex technical challenges around platform capabilities, developer tooling, and enabling services. You'll help find opportunities focused on providing the best employee experience while balancing delivery of capabilities that work at scale.
