North South Consulting Group, LLC (NSCG), a Female Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking a Senior Healthcare Interior Designer to support a federal healthcare Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation (IOT&A) opportunity for a VA clinic project in Long Beach, CA. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Senior Healthcare Interior Designer is responsible for advancing design intent from early concepts through project completion, applying a strong foundation in interior design principles. They will support healthcare facility activation efforts related to interior design, Furniture Fixture and Equipment (FF&E) coordination, and space planning, helping translate user and operational requirements into coordinated planning outputs that support room readiness, procurement alignment, installation sequencing, and Day One clinical use. The Senior Interior Designer must be a self-starter, comfortable working within ambiguous situations, fluent in tools such as SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Enscape, and emerging technologies to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
