Position Details FAMILY SUPPORT SPECIALIST - WESTLAND, MICHIGAN: Do you have Family Support experience? T his is a hands-on, FULL TIME AFTERNOONS role, requires someone with empathy and the understanding that this is an ever-changing job. No two days will be the same. There could be housekeeping, kitchen duty, med passing, helping residents with hygiene, preparing rooms for new residents, de-escalating situations...all while showing compassion for families in a state of transition for a variety of reasons. We meet people where they are on life's journey with no judgement. Hours are 3p - 11:30p ::: Week One you will work on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Week Two you will work on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Then you start again with the Week One schedule...and repeat the Week Two schedule. This role pays $19.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
