About the Role: We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Nursing Leader to guide and improve the delivery of quality care across our hospitals. This pivotal role involves collaboration with key clinical leaders to drive patient-centered, cost-effective, and high-quality nursing care. The position also ensures compliance with nursing standards and participates in shaping strategies to meet Deaconess’ mission and goals. This position is required to manage Deaconess Illinois Medical Center and Deaconess Illinois Crossroads Hospital. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership : Lead clinical initiatives and manage day-to-day operations to align with organizational goals. Foster collaboration across interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and nursing practices.
