Job description

This role is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for targeted commercial, National Accounts (3,000 employees and up), as well as, the end-to-end sales strategy and process. This role includes sales leadership of matrix partners who facilitate and assist in the sales cycle, and accountability for large and/or complex National Accounts within a dedicated market. Responsibilities include leading sales strategies, managing and developing consulting relationships, and organizing internal sales partners on the National Accounts sales team. Responsibilities : This role will be a vital component to Cigna maintaining a strong National Account presence in the respective market with consultants, prospects and clients. Qualifications: If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
