Recruiter (Contract) Charlotte, NC or New York City, NY The Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter plays a critical role in building Intapp's go-to-market organization. You'll partner with GTM leaders to source, screen, and hire top talent for sales, solutions consulting, and account management. Your work directly impacts Intapp's revenue engine—the people you help hire will drive client acquisition, deepen firm relationships, and expand our market presence across legal, accounting, consulting, investment banking, and real assets verticals. Your day-to-day will blend hands-on recruiting with strategic partnership. You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, build pipelines using multiple sourcing channels, conduct screen calls and interviews, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding. You'll work closely with hiring managers, track metrics, adapt sourcing strategies to fill pipeline gaps, and maintain a bias toward speed and quality.
