About this role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Associate to support the Aladdin Platform Engineering Business Management & Execution function. This role supports core business management activities across a global technology organization, including planning and reporting, talent and workforce coordination, communications, governance enablement, and process improvement. The role combines strong delivery with an overarching understanding of organizational strategy and direction, connecting day‑to‑day execution to broader platform priorities. Key Responsibilities: Business Management, Planning & Reporting: - Support business management activities for global Platform Engineering teams, working with leaders across multiple regions - Assist with planning, monthly reporting, and scorecards, supporting visibility into priorities, progress, and outcomes - Track deliverables and follow‑ups across governance forums, operating cadences, and leadership priorities - Coordinate with internal partners including HR, Finance, AIM Global Strategic Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, and Communications to support timely delivery Talent & Workforce Support: - Assist with talent managem...
