Role purpose: The key purpose of the Tenancy Delivery Manager is to lead and champion the shop opening process and timely delivery of tenancies across allocated Centres. This will be done by driving excellence across the Asset team and ensure consistent processes are followed for the tenancy delivery function and positive delivery outcomes are achieved for their allocated Centres. This role will be responsible for monitoring the status of each tenancy deliverable and the coordination of retail tenancy fit outs in established centres. The role is responsible for managing the scoping, pricing, tendering and procurement of work generated by the leasing process.
