Pay: $11.00/hr: Part Time & Full Time Positions OPEN Schedule: Split shift – 4 days on 2 off, 6a – 230p & 11a – 730p and 4 days on 2 days off, 6a-2p. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - These are full-time positions, hours. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. - Assist in food preparation, serving, and maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas. - Check that plate and hot base lowerator are heated, steam table is properly heated. - Ensure that accurate serving portions and food items are on each tray before loading to the food cart. - Ensure that appropriate serving utensils are used; ensure that temperatures are within standards (all temperatures are logged and reviewed prior to tray-line). - During the tray line, ensure tha...
