The Bakery Manager will initially work in each department, developing a level of understanding of the department and proficiency in the skills required in those departments. The individual will progress to working alongside our existing Bakery Manager, Area Operations Manager, and/or owners to learn the management and leadership side of the business. Finally, the Bakery Manager will manage shifts unaided. This is a special opportunity for the right individual and could open many doors for additional opportunities as our business grows.
