Job description

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for recruitment within our Internal Manufacturing organization predominantly focusing on Craft, Engineering, CAD, and Operational roles across all levels (Coordinator through Manager/Director), as well as include leading recruitment for our Summer Internship Program for Industrial Internal Manufacturing. They will partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify talent needs and provide strategies to attract and recruit top talent. They will source talent via partnerships like career fairs and professional organizations, as well as through internal development programs for early career talent. They will also contribute to broader ad hoc HR projects and cross-functional initiatives in support of organizational priorities. Key Accountabilities: Talent Acquisition: Partner with HR and business leaders in Industrial to implement strategic and creative recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.
