Summary The Department of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine at CHRISTUS Children's is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support and advance the financial performance of our clinical mission. As a key member of the Department's administration office, this role is responsible for financial forecasting, supplemental payments, budget requests, and related financial operations. The Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Executive Director and partners closely with more than 225 faculty physicians and scientists to provide financial insight, analysis, and operational support. This position is critical to the financial partnership between Baylor College of Medicine and CHRISTUS Children's, supporting a growing multi-mission academic Pediatrics department. The Senior Financial Analyst interacts regularly with senior faculty, Department leadership, and finance counterparts at both institutions, which requires discretion, professionalism, and strong written and verbal communication.
