Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.: About the role: The Project & Customer Support Engineer is responsible for leading the execution of a project, developing its planning, control, and coordination from initiation to completion, with the aim of meeting the established deadlines, ensuring the quality previously agreed with the client, and achieving the defined economic margins. Specific Tasks: - Serving as the main point of contact with the client throughout the entire manufacturing process and until the closure of warranty periods. - Execution of spare parts and duplicate pump projects, monitoring production progress across the different Operations areas, such as Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Finance, and Logistics, overseeing, among others, the following phases: - Production release. - Purchasing. - Arrangement of materials from stock. - Manufacturing of materials sourced from external suppliers and from the company’s own facilities. - Material receipts. - Quality inspections. - Non-conformities managem...
