Our consulting team: Within Zanders Risk Advisory, we are a group of 20 individuals with Masters and PhDs in scientific disciplines. Despite a variety of academic backgrounds, we are brought together by a shared passion for solving intellectual challenges in a highly social, diverse and collaborative atmosphere. During the week, we work for our clients, and on Fridays, we get together at our offices in Amsterdam and Utrecht to share ideas, learnings, and good times. Models make the financial industry safer International financial institutions call on us when they require expert advice on model development, model validation and model strategy. It is an industry where models are vital and go straight to production (no PoCs), marked by high modeling maturity, large data science teams, and stringent regulatory pressure.
