Valiant is looking for an RCM Lead Reliability Analyst (LRA) to join our team! The RCM Lead Reliability Analyst (LRA) is responsible for the oversight of all RCM (reliability centered maintenance) activities to be performed in accordance with the PWS (Performance Work Statement) . The LRA produce s routine reports outlined in the PWS and associated documents, such as progress in meeting defined RCM performance milestones, as well as any specialized reports including specific details, data, trends, etc. that may be requested by the government. The primary role of the LRA is the data collection and analysis to assess equipment condition. The LRA identifies equipment defect(s), determines defect severity, and provides a work request to the facility maintenance staff specifying the work required to eliminate the defect.
