SEN Education and Engagement Specialist Department: Recruitment - North: Employment Type: Contract: Location: Felixstowe, Suffolk: Compensation: £25.00 - £35.00 / hour Description: Could you be the person to guide young people to a brighter future? Whether it’s a challenge to engage with education, gain work experience or even just get out and about in the community, our young people have faced barriers that leave them feeling discouraged and disconnected from society. Every young person deserves someone who won't give up on them - could that be you? At Fresh Start in Education, we’re looking for proactive, person-centred people to design and deliver personalised learning sessions that spark confidence and a sense of hope for young people currently out of education, employment or training in the Felixstowe area. Whether it’s going on a trip to the shops to learn about budgeting, finding opportunities for work experience or planning and delivering Functional Skills or ASDAN courses, you’ll help students build resilience and explore their next steps.
