Specialist – Indirect Tax Operations 📍 Hybrid working model 📍 Ul. Pulawska 180, Warsaw 📍 Reporting to: Manager, Indirect Tax Operations About the role: We are seeking a Specialist – Indirect Tax Operations to support the execution, data management, and compliance delivery of indirect taxes across Maersk entities globally. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant indirect tax reporting in a data-driven and increasingly digitised environment. You will manage an assigned portfolio of jurisdictions and entities of varying complexity, work with multiple stakeholders globally, and contribute to continuous improvement of tax processes, controls, and technology. Key Responsibilities: Prepare indirect tax returns (non-complex to high-risk), including extraction of raw data, analysis, exception checking, reconciliations and submissions Prepare and maintain accurate and timely tax support workpapers in line with jurisdictional requirements Maintain supporting accurate documentation and evidence for tax filings and future audits Monitor and manage indirect tax compliance workflows and timelines Support audit requirements across jurisdictions and ensure audit readi...
