Job description

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer & Continuous Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence at its Verson (ISL) manufacturing site. This is a hands-on, shop-floor-focused role with a clear mission: optimize manufacturing processes, deploy Lean methodologies, and build a strong continuous improvement culture in a low-volume, high-mix electromechanical environment. Industrial Engineer and CI Leader will be a key technical and cultural change agent for the site. Main activities: Manufacturing Process Analysis & Optimization Lean Transformation & Continuous Improvement Leadership Shop Floor Layout, Flow & Workstation Design Standard Work, Time Studies & Labor Standards Establish, document, and continuously improve standard work for all assembly, calibration, and test operations.
