Job description

As Business Owner, New Business, you are responsible for the commercial success of titles in Paradox's publishing portfolio. You own the P&L for your assigned titles and work across the Publishing department and with external development studios to deliver on targets and create lasting value for players. This is a highly cross-functional role. You will lead without direct reports, coordinating experts across Product marketing, Publishing operations and Community to deliver on your titles. You set strategic direction for each title, translate it into concrete plans, and stay accountable through launch and beyond. The skills we're looking for: 5+ years of experience in gaming product management, business or publishing Solid understanding of business management and marketing Experience working with external studios or partners Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority Strong project management skills: Comfort with financial planning and P&L ownership Excellent communication skills: You are driven by results and take full ownership of your titles from signing through launch and beyond, coordinating the right people to deliver.
