Agile Delivery Lead

The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives within the Business & Technology Enablement (BTE) organization. This role blends agile facilitation with delivery coordination, working across enterprise architecture, engineering, and business teams to keep initiatives organized, visible, and progressing. As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications. Responsibilities: Agile Delivery Facilitation Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives). Support agile practices across architecture and transformation teams. Ensure priorities are clear and achievable; remove delivery impediments. Strategic Initiative Coordination: Support initiatives related to the Solution Delivery Lifecycle (SDL) and product operating model.
