Position: Associate Recruiter Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE) Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Who We Are: West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Windows, Doors, and Flooring. Purpose of Position: As a Associate Recruiter at West Shore Home, you will be tasked with executing recruiting plans developed by Talent Acquisition Leadership, to ensure all job requisitions are fulfilled in a timely manner. Key Role Accountabilities: ◦ Review resumes to identify potential. ◦ Conduct phone screens to identify candidates who match the requirements of the role. ◦ Send assessments to candidates through The Predictive Index System. ◦ Schedule successful applicants for interviews with hiring managers. ◦ Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates. - Execute recruiting tasks as assigned for the Skilled Trades and Sales & Support side of Regional Recruiting. - Manage the entire candidate life cycle. - Accountable to hitting KPI’s designated by Regional Operations Recruiti...
