Job Description: The Van Crew Lead is responsible for safely and efficiently leading vehicle movement operations through the auction process, from vehicle entry to sale lane. This role provides on-lane leadership, ensures adherence to safety standards, coordinates with jumpers and drivers, and supports a positive customer and team experience while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and productivity.
