Overview The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Building Maintenance Technician. The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of building assets. This position is also responsible for basic maintenance and organization to ensure that facilities and equipment are in good condition at all times for customers and employees. This person will be performing general maintenance duties which will include but is not limited to painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, equipment installation, groundskeeping/snow removal, and custodial work. The starting rate of pay is $19 - $22 / hr based on off experience and certifications. This position is based out of 7111 Washington St Indianapolis, IN 46241 and will service multiple locations across central Indiana including, but not limited to Indianapolis, Terre Haute, Carmel, Westfield, Muncie, Anderson, Richmond and Bloomington.
