Summary Job Description: Registered Nurse - Surgical-Telemetry /Orthopedic-Neuro-Spine unit. (3GH) Location: Baptist Health Lexington Schedule: Full-time | 3rd Shift (Nights) | 12-hour shifts | 3 days per week About 3GH: This unit is a 37-bed telemetry/medical surgical unit specializing in but not limited to orthopedic/neuro/spine patients. The unit serves as a secondary stroke unit as well as general cardiac/telemetry patients. The patients are transferred from PACU, ED, interventional areas, and direct admissions from MD offices. Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers compassionate, evidence-based care designed to support healing and wellness. In this role, you’ll coordinate, ensure, and provide direct patient care while creating an environment rooted in dignity, respect, and empathy. You will use your clinical expertise and critical thinking to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients across the lifespan.
