Job Description Summary: As an integral contributor to the Office of Admission, the Admission Recruitment Administrative Coordinator provides high level logistical support for projects, events and initiatives such as admission recruitment travel, off-campus programming, alumni and counselor engagement programs, and assists with general administrative needs as part of highly collaborative and progressive admission team. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative support for recruitment travel and off-campus programming Manage office-wide registration for off-campus recruitment events, assist with Slate CRM activity related to college fairs, and complete recruitment event administrative tasks. Assist with office-wide training in preparation for recruitment and travel Communicate with admission officers to ensure timely and thorough review and timely responses to all recruitment invitations for planning and registration purposes.
