We are looking for a Brand Manager/Growth Operator to submerge themselves in a hands-on, execution role to own and scale Ice Barrel’s growth engine. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through agency management, identifying the highest-leverage opportunities across the funnel, and ensuring strong performance across paid media, email, social, influencer, Amazon, and content.
