Team/Role Overview: Individuals in MCA are responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive and robust Managers Control Self-Assessment (MCA), also known as Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), and the execution of control activities thus improving identification and remediation of significant control issues and operational risk events in a timely manner. What you'll do: Manage the execution of control activities in support of Managers Control Self-Assessment (MCA) program, also known as Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA). Manage the MCA program, including the annual/semi-annual/quarterly/monthly attestation, quality oversight and related reporting.
