We're Hiring: SAP S/4HANA Cutover Program Manager | Amsterdam (Netherlands) We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cutover Program Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives in Amsterdam . This is a 6-month contract with an immediate start. Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the end-to-end cutover strategy for SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion. This role requires strong leadership, deep SAP technical and functional knowledge, and the ability to manage complex, high-pressure go-live environments. Key Responsibilities: Cutover Planning & Strategy: - Define and manage the end-to-end cutover plan, timeline, and execution strategy - Develop integrated cutover plans across SAP, non-SAP systems, infrastructure, and business readiness - Optimize production downtime in collaboration with BASIS and infrastructure teams Pre-Conversion Readiness: - Validate technical readiness (SUM checks, simplification items, system freeze) - Coordinate with BASIS teams on DMO, backups, system refreshes, and transports - Ensure functional readiness (data validation, reconciliations, cleanup activities) Mock Conversion Execution: - Plan and execute...
