ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Client Facing Role that develops the business relationship - Account mapping, business unit breakdown (touchpoints to align regional/global team) - Run QBRs & ensure they are properly prepared for - Ensure each Crane Worldwide office servicing the account understands the SOPs and executes accordingly - Report Monitoring, Analysis and Distribution (responsible/accountable) - Conduct Performance management for reporting team - Regular Market Analysis and Industry Awareness to maintain knowledge - Drive collaborative efforts internally by supporting and sharing best practices in the following key areas: - Client Reviews - Strategic Business Plan - Value add Programs - Process Improvements - Tender Management - Technology Solutions - Lead and review impact and coverage analyses to identify service and opportunity gaps - Direct account monitoring activities by team to ensure timely payment and collection - Create and implement business development plans with short-term and long-term business objectives to be achieved by region - Other duties as assigned PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: [The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by...
