This position includes expertise in curriculum design, assessment, and compliance with Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP) standards, coordinates faculty and resources, and collaborates with institutional leadership to establish a sustainable, high-quality counselor education program. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Lead planning, design, and launch of a new CACREP counseling program, including development of mission, goals, and outcomes aligned with institutional strategy and the profession. Develop all program curriculum (foundational and specialized practice areas), syllabi, assessments, and learning outcomes mapped explicitly to current CACREP standards.
