Welcome to Strategy Execution & Transformation: Imagine a future where you co lead major transformation programmes and turn strategy into tangible change across our business Join us in this role where you’ll co lead workstreams within large, implementation-focused transformation programmes. You’ll work closely with business leaders and transformation programme managers to plan, drive, and deliver change that supports Ørsted’s strategic priorities and ensures benefits are realised across the organisation. You’ll be part of a strategy execution and transformations setup where you, together with your colleagues, will support business leaders in delivering Ørsted’s most important transformation initiatives, working across functions and programmes with a strong focus on execution and value creation. As a team, we collaborate closely with our stakeholders, support each other, and focus on turning complex challenges into practical solutions that make a real difference.
