Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry, has an immediate opening for a FULL-TIME Customer Service Associate to work in our Showroom. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - We pay weekly! - Starting $18 or DOE - Company-paid benefits for employees after 90 days - Multiple positions. Showroom and Retail Sales. - Meets and greets customers - Effectively communicates with our customers. Spanish a plus - Responds efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintains high customer satisfaction. - Takes ownership of the showroom supporting all strategies and initiatives. - Maintaining sample stock as well as cleanliness and sanitation of showroom. - Log & follow up on all client information including but not limited to contact information and related notes. - Performs other related tasks as needed. - H.S.
