Overview The Offsite Maintenance and Modernization (M&M) Office in Puget is hiring a Production Planner. This position is responsible for production control planning that supports maintenance work on various construction efforts within the shipyard and shop environments. The ideal candidate will cultivate and promote a positive TEAM environment, be highly motivated, demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and drive innovation and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will establish and maintain strong working relationship with the AIT team to ensure performance in safety, quality, schedule, and cost. This individual will work collaboratively with on-site supervision to achieve department goals and apply corrective actions as needed to address deficiencies. The position requires a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability to achieve overall success. The Production Control Planner will be a hybrid of Detail Planning, Production Planning and Advanced Planning.
