The Partner Manager serves as the primary liaison and advocate for Google for Education’s Professional Development (PD) partners. This role is focused on the qualitative health of the ecosystem: vetting applicants through rigorous material reviews, managing the ongoing partner relationships, and driving strategic alignment through shared business plans. You will bridge the gap between internal sales needs and partner capabilities, ensuring that partners are prepared to deliver high-impact training that drives product adoption. Key Deliverables: ● Application & Quality Review: Conduct comprehensive reviews of new applicant submissions, specifically evaluating and rating training proposals, instructional plans/agendas, and trainer video recordings for engagement and pedagogical soundness. ● Application Feedback: Customize and deliver constructive feedback communications for applications not meeting standards, coaching potential partners on how to meet the program's high quality standards. ● Communication Management: Act as the primary responder for the group alias, providing timely support for all programmatic inquiries. ● First Year Partner Coaching: Offer additional support for new...
