Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one, as well as to maintain this level of clearance during their employment. PeopleTec is currently seeking a Software Engineer w/ AI Experience to support our Huntsville, AL location. PeopleTec is seeking a Software Engineer to support the development and deployment of AI-enabled training systems interfacing with high-fidelity simulation hardware. This engineer will work directly with subject matter experts, hardware integration teams, and program leadership to build and maintain software across the full stack - from real-time data capture and processing pipelines to desktop and web-based application interfaces. A strong emphasis is placed on hands-on C#, Python, and systems integration experience, as these are essential for capturing and acting on real-time sensor and performance data, wiring AI and LLM capabilities into training workflows, and keeping latency low across networking, data, and inference layers.
