The Service Technician reports directly to the Service Manager and is responsible for performing a wide range of HVACR installation, service, maintenance, and repair tasks for both residential and commercial customers . This role requires strong technical skills, professionalism, and the ability to deliver high-quality service that reflects our company’s long-standing values of honesty, reliability, and customer care. Customer-focused responsibilities in this position require someone who is decisive, tactful, dependable , and able to take initiative. Strong communication skills are essential when working with a wide range of residential and commercial customers.
