Position Overview The Assembly Supervisor is responsible for shift-level leadership of production and gift assembly operations at the Obetz facility. This role ensures daily execution of assembly schedules, workforce deployment, quality standards, and food safety compliance in a high-volume, seasonal environment. As an exempt leader, the Assembly Supervisor exercises independent judgment in staffing allocation, workflow prioritization, and performance management to meet production targets and service level commitments. This position plays a critical role in protecting product quality, throughput, and workforce engagement while maintaining strict adherence to GMP and SQF standards.
