Why we need you The Senior Partner Manager is responsible for owning Maltego’s partner operations lifecycle, ensuring partner data is accurate, timely, and decision-ready at scale. This role manages Maltego’s portfolio of technology, data, and service partners and works closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Legal, and Leadership. A core focus of the role is using automation and AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual effort, minimise operational risk, and create consistent partner insights as the partner ecosystem grows. Success in this role is measured by faster partner onboarding, high data quality, reduced operational overhead, and clear executive-level visibility into partner health and value. What to expect: Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from intake and onboarding through ongoing performance monitoring and renewals. Lead operational relationships with partners, including regular business reviews focused on usage, performance, and delivery risk. Drive AI-assisted and automated partner intake workflows to reduce manual coordination, document handling, and status tracking.
