Job Title: Project Manager Position Overview: The Project Manager mentors agile teams, manages project lifecycles, and facilitates requirements gathering, ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions. Responsibilities: - Lead agile planning and team development. - Facilitate requirements gathering and user story creation. - Apply agile techniques (TDD, ATDD, CI, etc.). - Manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. Qualifications: Work Environment: This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. - BA/BS with 5+ years OR AA/AS with 7+ years. - IAT Level II and CE/OS certification. - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM). - 4+ years of agile project management experience.
