The annual base salary for this position ranges from $119,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $251,700.00 in our highest geographic market. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH: You’ll lead Converse’s Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) and Sustainability efforts, reporting to the Director, Sourcing and RSC. You’ll manage a small team and work cross‑functionally with multiple teams across Nike Inc., Converse Licensing, Legal, Sourcing, Finance, and Operations. You will have a strong alliance with NIKE’s Sustainability leadership driving Converse's mandatory and voluntary reporting and disclosure strategy and compliance efforts to drive sustainability, transparency and ethical governance. This role involves aligning efforts with overall NIKE strategy and process from upstream sustainability to downstream partner compliance, ensuring regulatory and reporting compliance, driving disclosure best practices, and fostering transparency.
