Job Description Motivated by bridging security strategies with domain execution? – Then come play a meaningful role in aligning Digital Security, Cluster Leadership and Product Teams. Ensuring security initiatives are embedded effectively and prioritized appropriately within engineering and infrastructure environments. Core Responsibilities: The Lead Cyber Security Steward will be encouraged to build a positive relationship with the Digital Security team to measure and validate compliance status and evidence efficiently. Likewise, they should be able to build highly positive relationships with a variety of engineering teams. Engagement with Leadership - Concisely delivers impactful updates and drives strong alignment with cluster leadership, particularly Engineering Directors and Principal Engineers, to ensure security initiatives receive the necessary priority, support and resources. Support for Product Teams - The Security Partner will set expectations for product teams to implement strong security controls into code/workflows and collaborate on resolving issues in a timely fashion.
